The Bible and the False Belief in Reincarnation

✨ The Example of Job

Let us remember that Job’s friends accused him of sin and claimed that his suffering was a punishment. Yet in truth, his misery was a test of his faith in God.

✨ Christ and the Man Born Blind

If Christ had accepted the idea of reincarnation, He would not have healed the man born blind. Instead, He would have told him to “pay off the debt” of sins from a past life and only in his next life be born under better conditions.

✨ Christianity vs. Hindu Beliefs

Anyone drawing from the Bible cannot truly call themselves “Christian” while holding Hindu teachings. Supporters of reincarnation are, of course, free to believe whatever they wish — but they may not distort the Bible to support their theory. Scripture, in every part, rejects reincarnation.

✨ The Witness of Elijah and Moses

If reincarnation were true, Elijah’s bodily ascent into heaven would make no sense, since the body would supposedly have no value. Likewise, the Transfiguration would lose its meaning, for the glorified and perfect appearance of Christ, Moses, and Elijah would be irrelevant.

And what of Moses? How could he appear alongside Christ more than 1,250 years after his death, if he had supposedly reincarnated many times during that span?

✨ The Deception of Demons

Those who believe in reincarnation have fallen prey to the deceits of the evil one. The Bible is clear: there is one life, one death, and one judgment before God
